Re Agard and this Mia thing in the context of a Mia orchestrated, judge supported, adjournment.

    I. The adjournment secured by Mia while silencing Gollop for 4 months, is an indication of the fact that Mia and her faction are cognisant of the political backlash of all the media (a point borne out by the remarks of Short Me Crutch Forde about ” smart lawyers not fighting their case with newspapers”

II. A couple more delays in the convening of the court, as have already been worked out by the Mia Troika, the judge on vacation, the lawyer ill, the Registry not advising all the parties of the correct dates for the matter and we have a case of justice delayed being justice denied

III. During which time, Agard’s objective which is embarrassment AND NOT REINSTATEMENT, becomes diluted in the court of public opinion and not even Legion, as stoic a support as she is of the DLP will be interested. As is the case with COW and his slaves with one shirt on their backs or Lady Hoagie putting her garbage on the counter of the black woman in Speightstown

IV. Mia had a glitch in her normal studied actions which were inflamed by Dr. Jerome and his crew in their excitement for the seat. No one had to do anything for that seat and as they are doing not, they could proceed apace with the campaigning that Dr. Jerome is and was doing all along to oust Dr. Agard.

    V. Unless some Act of GOD or another challenger arises in her party, or anothe political party comes to the fore, or another of her indiscretions comes to the fore all Ms. Mottley has to do is to sit and wait.

What she has done for those observing is to show how cravatious she is, EVEN AS LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION!!

But that is a trait of all politicians, BEING CRAVATIOUS, and wanting to drive round in MP1 or whatever the number of the PM’s car.

If these scum that we elect every 5 years could apply themselves to the sheeple’s business as they do to their own business, we would be a powerhouse to contend with BUT that is the crux of the matter, small insignificunt men and women, with small penis.es and poki.es that want to be penis.es and penis.es that want to be poki.es who just cant wait to bring their insignificunt selves in front of the CBC TV8 cameras to mek a statement.

Hands down the Maria Agard issue tops it , elbow in a sling not only is your elbow in a sling but seems like your brains are in a sling too, as for Roger Forde a serious lawyer would have put up a real serious fight in the Myrie case, damn joker and Mia all of those silly antics that were displayed coming out of court cannot undo the damage that has been done with the way you handled the whole affair, plain and simple.

Nothing surprising here ,Most lawyers use TIME as a strategy it is good tool of last resort short term but it can bite the defendant in the ass long term as the day of reckoning comes and the drum roll of instantaneous and persistent noise becomes a thunderous repetition of the past occurrence
Hopefully Mia would not resort to this strategy for a long term as the window for resolution closes and the most likely occurrence to happen would be a judgement against her party handed down a week before the election
The sooner this case is resolved the better putting a past behind and opening up a new chapter along a driven path for Mia to reshape and mould the party in the direction of her preference
A preference which all the party faithful would adhere to

Mia response was a reminder of when a parent tells the public m”my child is a good child after caught in a mis deed
She used the media to recite her long story of political bile those she perceives the public wants to hear hoping that the response would take away the pains of a stinging bite which Agard had put in her backside
the lawyer well his response was nothing more than speechless ! outside of a gag order(being placed) most lawyer use the media firstly to fight their case in the court of public opinion which brings to mind many international high profile cases
His response can also be seen as a birds eye view of the defense which he proposes to present maybe he would proffer a case on “prejudice” or tainted evidence due to the continual occurrences lead by agard lawyer to present the case in the court of public opinion .A long stretch however one which can have the case thrown out

An Einstein, neither you nor your party, are not.

“Structured Argumentation” “Alternative Scenarios” or for your simple mind(s) “What if”

Again, because this is the time of the Birth of the Christ, which we pagans have prostituted to gifts and ham and turkey, I shall try humbly to give a gift to you, you dufus (lol)

The DLP does not have the genetic makeup to orchestrate a Dr. Agard in the camp of Mia Mottley.

What occurred was a gift of chance where a one term politician ran afoul of her executive simultaneous to (a) being ill for a long period (b) the political aspirations of the party’s General Secretary seeking a safe seat and (c) an overenthusiastic push to oust said Dr. Agard

Mia likes Dr. Jerome AND in what can only be “kindred spirits” identifying with each other (if your simple mind can get my drift) she proceeded, without her customary careful machiavellian thought, to expel the real real female Doctor, not the biologically translated Doctor.

Mia deferred to idiots who were not seasoned in the practice of ousting party members, seasoned as she is in paying electorate members to vote against a sitting BLP representative and colleague in another constituency.

(As an aside, I would not have paid people to vote against Payne, I would have used the $$ to run an “independent” and then, once the independent won, have him/her come into my fold. Doing the other active campaigning against payne exposed her to him and tainted her already diluted currency. By the way, if you idiots are reading this today, take some additional notes)

Once the weakness was observed in the walls of Jericho a Joshua, a seasoned warrior, which your DLP is not, understanding resonance and what orchestrated syncopated beats do to any structure, would have zoned in to that weakness and made use of that opportunity.

The “chi” cry of a karateka on their opponent, (George Pigrim the responder might understand this cry, though I doubt he understands the allegory) is used to unsettle ones opponent as much as it is used to focus one’s energy during the death blow Dufus.

    Now keep following Dimwit.

The opportunity with the rift in the BLP afforded an opportunity unlike anything in recent times against the ever popular LoO Mottley who has been noticeably recently.

    I. Here was “a woman LoO unfairing another woman” which, in the landscape of Bulbados, where women ARE FEW AND IN-BETWEEN in the House of Parliament, was an angle to be worked visciously
II. Dr. Agard was “ill and is recuperating” everyone knew/knows that. That was another angle to be worked “bless the poor woman dentist’s soul, just coming off her deatbed to met these Judases in her party
III. And then the fiasco of the Trioka, beating on desks and other infantile behaviour (which a well placed mini camer in a woman’s pocket bag on the table in front of the inquisition should have recorded for facebook dissemination)

Are you with me still Dufus?? Do you understand what public sentiment is?

It is a foregone conclusion that she is going to be expelled, rather that the NEC decision is going to stand, but the slash and burn would have had its effect and this is what Dr. Agard wanted and still wants.

IV. “The enemy of my enemy is my friend” As I said on commencement, Fumble, Stinkliar, nor any of these DLP leaders, certainly not you, DO NOT HAVE the comprehension skills to see what opportunity is.

This was a Mitt Romney “47%” Entitlement Moment which, being that you are not think tank candidate, was lost on your scvunt.

The judge should have been handpicked and then used to milk this for all that it was worth i.e. 300 more Nation Newspapers.

Doan mind dat de DLP goose is cooked and wunna on de way out!

Oh, befo’ i lef you, jes in case you dint notice it, de use uh bajan IS NOT DE JIST OF DE SUBMISSION!!

George, it is the content and how it is structured – idea, who, what where why when how – a focused interweaving of factual elements into what becomes a psyche warfare that you and your party CANNOT STOP..

Unless you get videod, note that i said “videod”, and not being suspected of, in the actual act, “bulling, or worse, being bult” in Barbados, the fact that you are having an outside relationship does not mean anything.

Notice how Naked Departure will make remarks but, in the absence of the video which the CCTV at Rehab will have of the act, in Barbados, that will be a moot observation.

In fact, unless you have a Jepter size dog.gie that, according to the wumens’ comments, “one which does only frustrate you”, infidelity and extramarital romps are seen as being “a rite of passage” or “you become a real hard seeds”.

Theft of public funds or getting your friends and family, to represent your interests in the GoB procurement loop by underhand means, is also accepted rather, it is expected that the Minister.

Remember how many Ministers of Transport & Works sold ZR licenses and over subscribed the Silver Sand, Bush Hall Wanstead routes??

Every Johnny from Tudor bridge knows that and even if you Whisper that information in the ear of the current Johnnie formerly of *** all that he will say in a baritone voice is “so what”.

Being a criminal, being involved in criminal activity, as a government employee or politician, unlike what obtains in the US or in other first world countries, does not get you impeached or incarcerated when you are found to be defrauding the public trust.

De Word….this one is even more involved with closer ties than being caught en flagrante dilecto , no pun intended, ask Piece. This one involves bribing DBLP politicians, Jerome Walcott with shares in Bayview; DPP Charles Leacock with airline tickets and who knows what else, everyone has been asking for years why he Leacock never does his job as director of public prosecutions, he should be fired. If that does not work, the CCTV tapes surely will, using blackmail to keep lawyers and politicians in line.

What I understand is that female lawyers, so inclined , are being pimped out by Harris to confuse plaintiff’s lawyers with their honey traps when he wants to disrupt claimant’s cases, one lawyer got caught by his client being used in this honey trap, of course it’s his problem if he was also caught on CCTV, because his client is brutal and will expose everything with the slightest provocation… i actually witnessed the whore plays at the supreme court by 2 female attorneys, they do not even have respect for the court or shame in their behavior, one attorney was the one with the short blonde cut from St. Lucia recently featued on the same blog, if I did not see it myself when shown I would not believe it…….lol

Now I hope the gentlemen on BU take heed, because I suspect many politicians and lawyers have been caught on Harris’ CCTV with their pants and skirts down. Won’t want to see the BU dudes acting.. the parliament is definitely compromised, everyone thought it was only the supreme court, but they were wrong.

“And talking about school links, whatever happened to Walter and Grenville, he of the new party pronouncement?”

    de Ingrunt Word,
Belated Season’s Greetings to you, yours, and every member of the BU family.

Whenever time allows it, I try to focus my energy and attention on BU in an effort to contribute to public discussion and education. When time is not on my side, I am restricted to reading BU and making mental notes for future reference. For the past month, time has not been on my side.

Admittedly, I find our preoccupation with school ties to be both intriguing and perplexing. I attended 3 “schools” in Barbados – Wesley Hall Primary, Combermere, and the Cave Hill Campus of UWI. If a Barbadian were to ask me: “Where did you go to school?” the specific answer being sought, in my case, is Combermere. Believe it or not, I might get “cursed” if my reply is “Wesley Hall”, or “UWI”.

Since I went to Combermere, I am expected and entitled to hold as many degrees and professional designations as my heart desires. However, a past student of Parkinson or Princess Margaret, for example, is not supposed to be treated with such a high level of social respect and expectation. Having failed to attend one of the older grammar schools, such a student is viewed as being not naturally bright and is believed to have to study twice as hard as those students who passed the 11+ exam in order to achieve academic success. In some instances, the unfortunate student might be accused of “buying” the degree.

These intriguing and self-defeating attitudes only surface when Barbadians are desperately searching for a reason to put down, or scramble over, one another. Considerations about the school tie generally result in the favoured person landing a local job, reserved space, presentation, permit, or contract, all valued in local currency.

However, local school links are never, or rarely, considered when it comes to dishing out multi-million dollar contracts, or when the opportunity for bribery, kickbacks, and a profitable betrayal of the public trust presents itself. In these cases, a crooked personality is all that is required.

Where did the principals of VECO go to school? How about Clair Cowan? How educated are the Del Mastros? Bearing the CLICO multi-million dollar heist in mind, where did Leroy Parris go to school? How far did he reach?

As you can see, I am still alive and kicking. Thanks for asking, by the way.
Hopefully, Grenville (of the new party pronouncement fame) is also doing well and is prepared and ready to tackle some of the major socio-economic and political issues that are waiting to confront and confound Barbados in 2016.

As Walter articulated, those social mis-behaviors have brought the island to it’s knees. When one man, Harris can hold a whole island to ransom by bribing, blackmailing politicians, public officials and island professionals with the help of DBLP politicians and their esteemed corrupt but otherwise uneducated friends, because everyone was so focused on and distracted by some old school tie. The ties that now bind them have nothing to do with school but everything to do with corruption.

The supreme court has been transformed into a whorehouse by Harris and his helpers, David Simmons, the DPP Charles Leacock, et al. Parliament is filled with pimps who have to keep quiet and bend to Harris’ will, it’s been said for some time that he advises Mia, wonder what he has on her in the form of blackmail material and what other roles will he play in 2018 general elections, I bet he can’t wait. I saw something at the airport some months ago and wondered about the connection, it’s now as plain as day. That is where corruption leads, all are caught in the web. De Word, my web is easier to extricate oneself from…lol

Former combermere high school student or not Harris is not that bright, he’s very devious, dirty, manipulative, corrupt and poisons anything he touches with that corruption, etc….one does not have to be an Einstein to be any of those things, Leroy Parris is living proof. Harris has had a lot of help over the years from the treasonous traitors on the island calling themselves politicians or he would not have succeeded in spreading such poison..

By the way, what are grown ass old people doing still asking each other “wuh school you went to”, that idiocy is part of the problem and is the main reason the people are presented with so many corrupt politicians in parliament, who have no class. Someone asked me that on a visit I made to the island and all I could do was stare at them like they were a cockroach under my microscope.

People who have gone to the best ivy league schools are not as obsessed with the high schools they went to and that’s all the schools on the island are, none of them are even schools for the gifted and exceptional, but for who can regurgitate in an acceptable form. Time to get over the high school mentality, it’s destructive when used by the ignorant, as it has been for decades since blacks were allowed access to education, to successfully denigrate each other.

    Never again fight for cakes:

    1/2 pound butter
    1//2 pound margarine
    1 pound sugar
    a pound flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
About 1/2 pint mixture of milk/water
a little vanilla essence, or the grated rind of one lemon or whatever other flavoring suits you.

Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer (or a wooden spoon if you don’t own an electric mixer) until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time and beat after each addition.

Put the baking powder in the flour. Stir. Add the flour one cup at a time to the butter/marg/sugar/egg mixture.

Add a little of the milk/water mixture after the flour.

Continue until all the flour is gone.

Very lightly grease 4 small loaf pans with a little cooking oil.

Divide the mixture in 4 equal portions and put into the 4 pans.

Bake at 325 degrees farenheit for 45 minutes to one hour.

After 45 minutes stick a knife in the middle of one of the cakes. If the knife comes out clean the cake is done. If not done bake a few minutes more.

    East and enjoy.

    Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Baking time: one hour

Far easier, cheaper and tastier than driving to a store and getting in a big crush of sweaty people.

Many young people nowadays are not taught to cook either at home or at school.

Maybe we should teach cooking to everybody just as we teach English and Math to everybody.

After all everyone of us have to eat, multiple times a day for every single day of our lives.

    Food is important.

Were you Kammie taught to cook by your parents?

Were you taught to cook by your teachers?

    Cooking is NOT intuitive.

It is a skill that must be learned in in theory and even more critically in practice.

In MY opinion, there were TWO main controversial issues for 2015:

Richard Byer charging a $766,855.24 fee for providing a legal opinion on a $25.7 million loan from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) to finance the cave’s redevelopment.

In a letter to the Minister of Environment, Water Resources and Drainage Dr Denis Lowe, dated March 3, 2010, Caves of Barbados Limited (CBL) chairman, Haldene Dottin and the board of directors expressed reservations and DREW the MINISTER’S ATTENTION to the “ENORMITY” of the fee, considering that ANOTHER ATTORNEY, who had given a SIMILAR LEGAL OPINION on the ORIGINAL LOAN AGREEMENT for $33.7 million, had only CHARGED $17,000 plus VAT.

“Mr. Byer has now submitted a statement of account for legal fees in the sum of $666,820.65, in addition to Value Added Tax in the amount of $100,024.59, a net total of $766,855.24,” the letter to Dr Lowe read.” [Source: Barbados Today, November 20, 2014]

On April 12, 2010, Byer sent an e-mail to the CEO stating: “Mrs. Grant, when is my [expletive] invoice going to be paid for the [CDB] opinion. I have it on good authority that you are the catalyst of the delay and much unnecessary enquiry,”

What was the RESULT of this CONTROVERSY?

    a) Dottin resigned as chairman.

    b) Chief Executive Officer, Joe-ann Grant was subsequently dismissed, on October 31, 2014.

    c) Rather than being reprimanded by Denis Lowe or Denis Kellman for charging such high fees or disrespecting the CEO, Byer was paid a reduced sum of $487,817.40, VAT inclusive, and $23,500 for interpreting the CEO’s contract (even though it was stated “ANOTHER ATTORNEY, who had given a SIMILAR LEGAL OPINION on the ORIGINAL LOAN AGREEMENT for $33.7 million, had only CHARGED $17,000 plus VAT.”

    d) Bobby Morris’ son, Rovell Morris, took over as CEO of CBL.

The SECOND controversy was that of Speaker of the House of Assembly being ordered by the High Court to surrender nearly a quarter-million dollars to John Griffiths, funds received and withheld over two years ago from the sale of a property as well as various bank deposits, within 28 days. He was also ordered to “pay interest at the rate of per annum” from May 13 until the entire sum is paid, and legal costs of over $7 700 incurred by Griffiths.

Carrington is a bold faced thief who said he was not charged with anything, so there is not anything to state that he should not be allowed to continue as speaker.

PM Fruendel Stuart supported Carrington’s decision not to vacate the chair when the House of Assembly and also advised him to seek legal advice.

“Asked this evening whether he wanted Carrington to step down, 78-year-old Griffiths would only say: “I had lived in England for quite some time and if a [matter] like that had happened in England . . . either the prime minister would sack him the next day, or he would resign himself.” [Source: Barbados Today, January 15, 2015]

The tiefing speaker of the blighted parliament said the same thing the little pimpy yardfowl Alvin is proud to say…..none of the corrupt politicians was every charged with anything or any of their crimes over the last 50 years, no matter how abhorrent, disgusting or repulsive their crimes against the people, therefore, in their minds and those of their yardfowls, they are all innocent, no matter who has been victimized over the last 50 years……but time is longer than twine for these wretches.

Seems that with all the negative political fowl shit the BLP gang can muster against Dennis Lowe the poll so far have indicate the negative shit has no real devaluation or impact on Lowes political future
Most notably one can reflect how Lowe was attacked and accused by the same Mia Mottley who has now been taken to the Court of law by one of her ministers in spectacular fashion
What is even more amazing is that the poll gives the Agard issue a high rating while disregarding the often spewed political bile posted about Lowe here on BU

Interesting that on BU we voted the Cahill as the top issue and the traditional media went with the Agard issue.
